His Dam is classified VG86 in her firstlactation and is the only Snowman daughter of Quality Goldwyn Flansco. Flansco completes a unique three generations of dams classified EX95 or better and has also added to the continuous tally of brood stars to the family, which currently has over 77 * to date! His 4th Dam is the “Queen of the breed” five time All Canadian cow, Quality B C Frantisco EX96-3E herself!

J24 MILK PRICE CRISIS MEETING
Mastergen recently attended the south west milk crisis meeting at Sedgemoor Market, J24. With a great turn out of farmers and speakers there are many facts about milk we want to help promote to the public. Showing season is in full swing at the moment. My latest outing with some of the “Panda” girls was at Mid Devon show where we had Holstein Champion with Panda Lexander Fools Gold Red (VG88 2Yr).

Two girls I have been helping to show over the past few years, little Bethany and Vikki have had a great start to the show season winning their handling and calf classes at Mid Devon Show and Woolsery Show. Watch out for these two keen girls in the future!
Meanwhile at home I have had a very exciting arrival of a RED Brokaw heifer calf from my Fools Gold cow family.

SHOWS & TOURS
Mastergen have been busy out on the road the last few months. Exhibiting at the National Livestock Event was a highlight meeting new customers and we found our talks very successful too!
