Due to the current CORONAVIRUS situation in the UK, I would like to assure customers that Mastergen have taken the necessary precautionary measures, according to Government guidelines to protect all employees, contractors and customers.

All sales farm visits will be suspended from Monday 16th March until further notice.

The telesales team will continue working from the office or from home providing continuity for sales, enquiries and accounts queries.

The delivery drivers have been provided with a new policy which comes into immediate effect ensuring theirs and your wellbeing.

If you would like to arrange for an alternative delivery to your farm, which does not involve personal interaction, please advise your breeding advisor at the point of order.

We do not wish to cause any undue alarm or concern but want you to be re-assured that as a professional company, we are taking every possible step to help minimise the potential spread of the virus.
